How can I not knit & knit & knit with a model like this? I love the silly faces she makes when we ask her to smile for the camera. Then she rushes you saying "See it! See it!" and wants to look at the photo preview.
Her newest fave babydoll. (She is getting an American Girl Bitty Baby for Christmas though!) Niecy here must have been cold so she got bundled up in Anya's jacket.
Then later Niecy shared her bed with Anya.
Fall mama socks.
Sweater to match Daddy's fair isle sweater (still in the works.)
I love the way she turned her head when we asked her to turn around.
Apparently she thought that was a great look for her.
Yoga! Downward dog!
Nothing like seeing your girl all cozy in her knits hanging out in the yard!
Doll before felting.
Doll after felting. Meh. You'll notice he is missing the jacket as that felted the holes away!
The dreadlocks were cool though.
Introducing Rapunzel!!! Or as Anya calls her half the time: Tangled! Does she look familiar? She is the same pattern as the doll above only I am NOT going to felt her. I figured out the dress by myself. Anya loves her!
Super happy with how this turned out. I spent almost 3 hours just on the hair!
Anya is singing "flower shine. power shine. glow."
The one downside about this doll is that all that hair pulls her head backwards. A temporary fix is the necklace, aka Anya's ponytail holder. Will figure something out later.
Silly goose.
And a knit worm to end the post. Lots of projects in the works too & a few others finished but not photographed yet. Busy busy busy.
